Husband threw out our Universal Tickets

So we got our 2 Day Park to Park passes for the four of us for next year.....So excited!!!!!!!!!! My mom kindly used her Airmiles for them.

My husband thought I had taken them out of the courier envelope so he threw the envelope away in a car wash garbage. The tickets were still inside

He called Airmiles and after much discussion they did replace 2 of the 4 tickets but not all of them.

So sad..... Do you think Universal would help us out? Do they have any way of tracking tickets... Airmiles said they don't...

No way at all that they can replace them. We got ours last week and they are just paper tickets with a spot on the back to sign our names. Legit no doubt but have no tracking number similar to Disney's

Consider yourselves lucky that Airmiles helped out at all!! Glad to hear you had some success.

Oh no!!! I would email Guest Services and just see what they have to say. I don't think they'll help you out but it is always worth a try.

If they believe you that two were lost, they should believe you that four were lost. I would keep going with them, personally.

Fingers crossed. I know it easy it would be to throw those things out. They just look like junk mail!
