Husband has to leave before we check in at the BWV.......help

Okay first if this is the wrong place to post this, I am sorry. I wasn't sure of the appropriate board. My husband is going to have to leave our vacation early because of work, we will be checking out of the AKL on a Sunday and into the BWV that afternoon. My husbands flight leaves at 7:35 am that morning. I don't want to have to drive him to the airport(I hope that doesn't sound bad) . My question is what are my options for getting him to the airport by 6:30? Cost? Thanks to all that reply!!!!!

Least expensive way would be to use Mears shuttle. It is around $15. Bell Services at AKL can assist with the details.

Obviously, cabs and limos are also available.

You could make arrangements with one of the car services....Tiffany seems to be very popular. You could also find out about taking Mears bus service (sometimes we get discount coupons with our DVC confirmations).

Or, since it will only be your husband, a cab might be the way to go. Cabs are usually readily available at the resort but if you speak to the bellperson the day before he/she might be able to arrange one of their known regular cabs. My brother's family did this at OKW a few years ago and I think my brother enjoyed the cab ride more than the rest of the trip! They had a very friendly driver who told how he had "retired" from his first career to enjoy driving tourists around Orlando. I think cost is roughly $40-$50.

We usually use Mears Shuttle at the airport. You pay for round trip from airport to hotel. Just have your husbands trip back to the airport on the day he is supposed to leave. I believe the fair is $35.00 round trip for an adult. Hopes this helps!!

I had to leave my family a day early when we were at VWL in March. The Mears shuttle picked me up. The only bad thing about Mears is that they pick you up 2 hours before your flight, so I had to leave at 5 a.m.! Sounds like your DH will be leaving around that time too!
