We were at WDW immediately following Frances....prior to buying at DVC.....and had a great time "post-hurricane." Yes there was a lot of vegetation debris around POFQ, but no damage to the buildings. The great thing was that there were no crowds in the parks.....felt a little guilty for enjoying our vacation when so many people were dealing with storm trouble, but rationalized that we were putting money back into the local economy

As long as you can time it to be there after the storm, fall is a great time to visit WDW!
