I am on hold w/Disney right now and I am so angry! Jetblue cancelled my Monday am flight - I had a feeling that was going to happen and called DW last night and was told no availability anywhere for 10/4, so we didn't do anything!!! Now that my flight has been cxled, I have no choice, I am back on w/Disney and find out, yes - there's room, but not at my package rate. When I explain that my flight has been cancelled and I can't get there till the next day(all remaining flights on 9/27 booked) why can't my package just begin 9/28 instead of 9/27 with departure 10/5, CM tells me she needs to see if guest relations can override the computer. I'm on hold now for over 30 minutes - husband has already changed our flights w/Jetblue in this time that I've been on hold. So what's Disney going to do, make me keep my 9/27 check-in, even tho I won't be there, to keep my package rate and charge me rack rate for the last night???? Ok, I"m thinking, I can deal with that, just put me at a value resort for that last night, but now CM is nowhere to be found!!!! 35 min and waiting, and waiting... Sorry for the vent, but this is crazy!!!
At least we are still going!!
