Hurricane cancellation policy

(A temporary cancellation/rebooking policy is now in effect for WDW from September 1 - 6, 2004. During this time, you may cancel or change your reservation without penalty. If you booked your stay with someone other than a Travel Agent or WDW directly, you will need to contact that seller. (5:00pm, 9/1/04))

That must've changed since noon Central time. When I called at noon, they still weren't calling for any cancellations.
Hopefully they've seen the light.
