Hungry during EMH

We will be doing EMH in MK from 12am-3am. Will Pecos Bill's be open that late? If yes, will it be open as late as the park is? If no, what are my other food options?

No. And don't look to the times guide for advice! I'm not sure what time Pecos Bills closes but it isn't one of the places that stay open for the EMH. Cosmic Rays & Caseys both say "until park closing" in the times guide, but on very late EMH nights they close at 1am. After that, Main Street Bakery is the only CS place open and their choices get pretty picked over in a hurry. We made the mistake of thinking we could get a snack on the way out on a 3am close night and all they had left were a few unappealing pastries (plain croissants and such, no sandwiches or yummy muffins) so we ended up settling for popcorn from one of the carts.

Since the start of evening EMH is the most crowded part, I'd suggest stopping to eat right around midnight so that you're not left looking for food after everything has closed.

Pecos Bill's was open the last 2 evening EMH in MK that we went to in March. I can't say if they were open til 3am, but it was open after midnight. Casey',s Cosmic Rays & Main St Bakery were all still open after 1am those same nights.

Cosmic Rays closes a few bays down though once it gets very late, so for late EMH your choices are more limited there than thinking you'll get the full menu.

We did MK PM EMH until 1am last May 2nd and Pecos Bills closed at 12mn but cosmic Rays was open until closing. However, as PP said only one Bay was open, the Hamburger/Hot Dog one.

That's odd. We were there in March too and there was a sign on the door at Cosmic Rays about closing at 1. At first I thought it was just certain bays, but we walked all the way around and they were definitely closed. Caseys might have been open later, I suppose, because it was after 2 before we got back to Main Street. The bakery was the only thing open at 2:30 when we were looking for an end-of-the-night snack.

we've never been to emh past 2am. we have got food at casey's and ice cream 10-15 minutes past closing with several people still in line. most recently at the end of march

Maybe they base in on crowd levels, because both EMH nights we were there, it was PACKED. When we left around 1:30am rides still had a 60 min. wait, it was crazy!

That's possible. The night we were there was on the cool side and the place cleared out pretty quickly after midnight. We had a 10min wait for Space at 1am and walk-ons for everything in Fantasyland for the rest of the night after that.

My daughter and I were STARVING during EMH last year!!!!

EVERYTHING closed down early except venues on Main Street (which had little food left), despite people being in the restaurants! Make sure you get something, or or on your way to get something before 10 to be sure this doesn't happen to you.

Snack venues...carts and slushes, were available, but little else.

Generally, Cosmic Ray's will keep only Bay 2 (burgers) open on EMH nights, and only until 1 am. Bay 1 (chicken) will close with the park, and Bay 3 (sandwiches) will close one hour before park closing.
