HUNGRY CATERPILLAR design PLEASE!!

Can someone please help me out by creating an image with the Very Hungry Caterpillar for a little boy named Luke who is turning one? Nothing disney...just a shirt for him to wear at his party. His mom is so thrilled for this party. She had a baby before him who passed away after a long struggle with a heart condition at just 57 days old. Thank you so much to anyone that is willing to help. I want to surprise her with this and anything else that could be made for the party as she is having a hard time coming up with decorations for it. Thanks again
