Hummel Figurines at Epcot

Finally returning to Disney. Back in 2002 bought two Disney Hummels signed by the artist. Would like to get more. Is the shop still there in Epcot and do they still have artists on site to sign the figurines? Thanks in advance.

The shop is no longer there (Werther is in that area now), but I think they might still have a small section of Hummels in one of the Germany stores. I would doubt they are signed, but I could be wrong on that.
