Hulk view from Royal Pacific

It's getting closer to my trip and now I'm getting excited, and all the questions are popping up!
I've read that from certain rooms at RP you can see the Hulk ride. My DS17 thinks this would be great, even though I told him it would probably be small in the distance and that, according to the map, we'd have a road in our view, too. He says that's fine with him. Has anyone ever had a room like this? Can the Hulk really be seen? Can it be heard? Both my sons would love this. And how close is the road? Thanks for all your help!!

You can definately get a GREAT view of Hulk from rooms at RPR. When I was there, it was my alarm clock...when they start testing the ride in the morning you can definately hear its "roar". And it is not far away at all. My sister who was in the room one day while I was working sat and watched the ride break down, and saw the people stopped in the block break for quite a time.

The rooms that you want will be in Tower 1. You want a room that is at the far end of the tower for the closest view. The tower is basically shaped like a 'Y'. Now if you imagine the bottom of the 'Y' is where you are entering from, you would want a room in the area after the split where you would have to choose left or right...and you would want to face the upper portion of that 'Y'

From there, you will be looking directly at the Hulk, as well as Dr. Doom's Fear Fall and the Spider-man show building. Actually, if you just like the view of IOA, you can see most of the park. Its too bad the resort isnt taller, or you would have a nice arial view.

It is true that Hollywood Way is between you and the park, but remember how close that the park is to that street! From your window there you would have just the area for the footpath, water way (where the water taxi passes), and then the road between you and the park. And thats it....AND those are really side by side there. Personally, I love the view from there.

I wish I knew the exact room numbers, but you should be able to get someone at the front desk to help.

Hi there.. we had a standard view room at Royal Pacific and could see the hulk very clearly...

I have some photos on my wesite link below... but the hulk is a little hard to see - but if you look closely you can make it out in the distance.

We were there and had a good view of Hulk and Dr. Doom's from our RP Club room (tower 3 - - 7th floor) request pool view, not water view though. We will be at RP club end of June thru July 6th and can't wait to see the fireworks from this angle over the parks.

P.S. My DS 12yo. loves drop of JP, its fun, scary, but very secure feeling. If in doubt don't do Dudleys. No lap bar - a feeling like you'll fall out. He is in love with riding Hulk, over and over in succession (although don't do back seat for 1st time). However Dueling Dragons makes him sick if he goes twice in a row.
