Hulk closing soon

Just to let everyone know Hulk will be closing shortly for 2 phases. It is going to get an interior demolition and interior renovation. Plus they are getting new train cars and restraints along with a different launch system.

This really stinks if true. We're there from 8/21 - 8/31. Hulk is a favorite of ours.

I've ridden it a few times already, that was back in 2010. I have been waiting not so patiently lol. It's my favorite coaster that I've been on lol

We are at Universal Aug 19 to the 23rd.....I am going to be veeery unhappy if my favourite coaster is not operating!
Hopefully (from my point of view) they mean sometime in September when they say late summer. Fingers are crossed.

We were first time visitors three weeks ago and definitely walked away thinking the waiting area and coaster were needing some upgrades. But, my DS10 commented that it was his favorite roller coaster "ever" so now he will be super disappointed that it'll be closed when we're there again in mid-October! Dang.

We are going at the end of April next year. I hope the second phase does not coincide with the dates i am going! I have never been on Hulk and will be devastated if it is closed. Fingers crossed it is finished by then!

From what is heard the second closure is longer. Don't panic until more info is released.

Remember permits were just filed.

We're going in October, and one of the main reasons was so I could take my daughter on this coaster. I was looking forward to it more than the Harry Potter stuff. Sigh.
