So happy to hear he is doing better! I know how frightening it is for any parent to be in that situation. Amen to hug your healthy kids and to appreciate that gift each and every day. An easy thing to take for granted...

And also to put priorities straight. Many need to let the minutia of life go...

I do every day. After working for years at a children's hospital a day doesn't go by that I am not thankful my child is healthy.

I live with my DD and her family part of the year - lots of hugs and kisses for everyone every day.. No such thing as "too many" hugs and kisses..

So sorry to hear Pembo . None of us want the pain of seeing our babies sick, so glad to hear your DS is on the mend . Seems lots of bugs going around this winter. Our sweet grands managed to pick up a illnesses that required doctors visits and TLC, but praise God everyone is healthy at present . Amen for good health, we indeed take a lot for granted. My dear DH was critically ill this summer and we are praising God daily, by he grace of God and excellent drs., his health has been restored.
