Hug a Tree, anyone?

the line moved so incredibly slow today. 30 minutes before room closing I was still at around 200, so I left the line and gave up.

I agree that Hula was very generous last night. I got in to play,
and our game was being "watched" (as she came in as the last chairs were
filled) by one of our DIS mods, LoriR.

She got to witness the confusion when Hula told someone to hug the tree,
but it wasn't his/her number. I thought there was something wrong, but
nobody really mentioned it at first. Because this team won the game due
to the confusion, Hula allowed the entire room to win.

I think Hula must have had other problems earlier with the dc monster,
because the line seemed to stop completely when I was at 25 in queue.

I can't believe the player that just hopped over to the winning teleporter.
I would have booted him from any game I run. (And that's also why I place
the teleporter to the prize room/quest machine after the other players
exit.) I know I'd be annoyed at the very least.

All in all, I thought the room was very cute, and I enjoyed the concept of
the game. I can see why it might be a good idea to have a CL help in this
game.

Hula was very helpful and patient with everyone. I'm sorry to hear someone felt the need to win by sneaking into the winning teleporter, but I'm sure they deal with this more than we think on a regular basis.
