Does anyone recall the class action law suit reguarding the travel insurance on a disney cruise? The outcome of the suit was that you were rewarded 3 certificates for 30% off rack rate an any disney resort, with some limitations on the dates of your travel. I used one of these certificates last August and recieved 30% off a room at the Polynesian. This morning I tried to book two more separate reservations and use the other two certificates for these but were told the certificate was used already. You see, the reference number is the same on ALL THREE certificates so when the CM plugged in the number it came up as being used already. However, the outcome of the suit was THREE certificates for 30 % off each. I will try to call and speak to another CM later but has anyone else recieved this settlement and how did you go about booking your reservations? TIA!

we were part of that class action suit as well and were only given one certificate... never in all the paperwork, etc did i ever see mention of THREE discounts certs... we were actually given a choice of a discount, a dvd, or something else (a pin maybe?) so perhaps you are confused by the three choices thinking it was three certificates?

anyway... coupled w/free dining package on our other room it was quite the discounted vacation!
