HSM phobia!

Does anyone know if DHS is still inundated with High School Musical shows/parades/signings/whatever-else-Disney-can-think-of?? When we were there in May I swear it was like I was surrounded, I couldn't escape the red colors, the annoying songs, agghhhh!!! I know some people are really into it and all, but I felt like I was in High School Musical Studios all day...

I checked allears.net and it says that the High School Musical 3 show is still around, as it debuted in October.

I don't know if you would call it inundated but yes, there's still the HSM3 show around (we heard it several times during the day but purposely avoided the big hat area when it was happening) There are also Photopass photographers around with a set of red pompoms and a megaphone to take staged HSM-looking photos of your kids. But beyond that, I didn't notice too much else (but then I wasn't really paying attention to HSM stuff)

Like I always do when I hear the first announcement at DCA, I head as far as I can in the opposite direction the show is coming from. Basically, hide near Tower of Terror or in the Streets of America until about 35 minutes after the scheduled show time, then you'll be safe.

I feel your pain! It is most evident at DHS. Just run like the wind whenever you hear the music. Also you can totally avoid the merchandise areas in most store everywhere. Just keep an eye out and turn around quickly.
