HS touring plan

Hi, I'll go to WDW next May and will stay offsite. So, until now, I won't be able to make advanced reservations at FP+ system. Considering that, which option do you think is better? The first option is been at rope drop of HS, go ahead to any FP+ kiosk and make reservations for TSMM, ToT and another experience or go ahead to TSMM, ride it, and make reservations in a FP+ kiosk for RnRC, ToT and another ride.
