I've reworked our plan for Hollywood Studios a bunch of times and I think I've finally settled on something that seems like it would work (on paper, at least). Trying to get a rough schedule in place that incorporates the things that most interest our party, shows and attractions that are on opposite ends of the park... it's been proving difficult for me.
I would really appreciate if people who have been to HS and are familiar with it could give this a once-over and see if it seems doable. Thank you!
Quick background - it's our very first visit, me and my husband, our two daughters (5.5 and almost 3), and my parents (in their 60s), going first week of September, staying at the Wilderness Lodge. This is our only day visiting HS.
We are planning to go to the 6:15 HDDR that night, so the goal is to be leaving HS and heading to the buses around 2 pm.
Park opens at 9, be there for rope drop
9:30 Frozen Sing-along show (we have FP for this)
Watch Frozen parade at 10:30
After parade, visit Animation Courtyard (meet Sofia and Doc if wait not too bad), One Man's Dream
We have overlapping FPs for my parents to do GMR while DH, DDs and I ride TSMM (11:15-12:15)
Walk around back to Streets of America, see Lightning and Mater, Muppets if time
ADR at Sci Fi Café for 12:20 (I'm budgeting an hour for this, hoping it takes less than that to finish)
Drop my parents and DDs off at Disney Jr show for 1:30 while DH and I ride ToT with FP (1:15-2:15)
And then back to the resort
Does the timing of that sound doable? I don't want to try to schedule us down to the minute and hope that there is time for breaks, snacks, exploring random stuff, etc in there.
