HS Plan - how does this look?

I've reworked our plan for Hollywood Studios a bunch of times and I think I've finally settled on something that seems like it would work (on paper, at least). Trying to get a rough schedule in place that incorporates the things that most interest our party, shows and attractions that are on opposite ends of the park... it's been proving difficult for me. ;)

I would really appreciate if people who have been to HS and are familiar with it could give this a once-over and see if it seems doable. Thank you!

Quick background - it's our very first visit, me and my husband, our two daughters (5.5 and almost 3), and my parents (in their 60s), going first week of September, staying at the Wilderness Lodge. This is our only day visiting HS.

We are planning to go to the 6:15 HDDR that night, so the goal is to be leaving HS and heading to the buses around 2 pm.

Park opens at 9, be there for rope drop
9:30 Frozen Sing-along show (we have FP for this)
Watch Frozen parade at 10:30
After parade, visit Animation Courtyard (meet Sofia and Doc if wait not too bad), One Man's Dream
We have overlapping FPs for my parents to do GMR while DH, DDs and I ride TSMM (11:15-12:15)
Walk around back to Streets of America, see Lightning and Mater, Muppets if time
ADR at Sci Fi Café for 12:20 (I'm budgeting an hour for this, hoping it takes less than that to finish)
Drop my parents and DDs off at Disney Jr show for 1:30 while DH and I ride ToT with FP (1:15-2:15)
And then back to the resort

Does the timing of that sound doable? I don't want to try to schedule us down to the minute and hope that there is time for breaks, snacks, exploring random stuff, etc in there. :)

You will probably not make the Disney Junior show at 1:20- plan on the 1 after that. SciFi Dine-In is famous for running late for seating and once seated unless you eat very quick you should plan on 1 hour plus you need time to walk over to the show.

Also in the morning you are looking at having about an hour for 1 Man's Dream (20 min without spending much time looking), you FP that will take at least 20 mins, seeing Lightnin and Mater (15 min if not much of a line), and Muppets (25 min if you arrive as a show is starting)- way too much for that time- I would say you have time for 1 of those things and your FP before arriving at lunch (which if you want any chance of making the DIsney Junoir show you need to arrive there at 12:05 and check in).

Thank you so much for your advice. I'm happy to know in advance that I should add in a bigger buffer around our lunch at Sci Fi.

I was able to change our ToT FP to later (1:40-2:40) and will plan for my parents and DDs to go to the 2:20 Dis Jr show. That will have us heading out of the park around 2:45, which should still leave us plenty of time to get back to our resort to rest a bit and change before leaving for HDDR. One Man's Dream is not a "must do" necessarily for us, so I think I'll move that to the afternoon as something we can do if we find we finish lunch with time to spare before the Dis Jr show. Then we can focus on our FPs and Streets of America between the Frozen Parade and lunch.

Just a heads up on the Disney Jr. show since your parents are doing it. It has no seating. It's sit on the floor or stand in the very back. It is safe enough for your kids to sit while the adults stand. They would have a clear view of them.
