HS open time adjustments

We leave for WDW on 1/25 for a one week stay. Sunday has HS 7pm - 8pm, but all the rest of our stay open time is 8am. It's only 2 weeks away - will they change the open times to 7am or is it likely that they are going to keep 8am?

We have 2 days planned to be 1 hour ahead of RD at HS, hoping to get into ROTR at least once. Everything I've read seems to indicate we can do this if the ride doesn't go down during the day. We figure we can still ride MF / SR, and we have breakfast ressies for Oga's cantina our first HS day. Just trying to be on top of possible adjustments.

Times can change up to the day before, keep checking every day
Also just an fyi Oga's doesn't have any food, not sure if you knew that

Looks like they have breakfast food. Maybe not much, but it will also get us a look inside.

Yeah not my idea of breakfast. But anyways if all you want is to look inside you don't need a reservation, you can ask the cm at the front for a tour. But if you do want to enjoy the offerings then, cool
