HS on a fri or sun in dec?

Hello!
Planning a trip for early December 2024. Family for 4 with 2 kids (4 and 7), kids' first time.
Would you do Hollywood studios on a Friday or Sunday (based on crowds/wait times/etc)? NO park hopper.
Thanks so much in advance! Feel free to include any and all suggestions. You guys are the pros! haha

This is what we have so far...
Wed: arrive
Thurs: MK (doing this on purpose for lower crowds)
Fri: HS or AK
Sat: rest day (absolutely not a park day)
Sun: HS or AK
Mon: Epcot (trying to get space 220 reservations)
Tue: sleep in, then MVMCP
Wed: rest day or "make up" day
Thurs: leave
