HS fast passes for January?

I’m helping a friend plan her trip for this January. We just got back from our October trip and when we went the Star Wars ride(s) did not have fast passes. Will that still be the case for January? Will the super early extra magic hours be over? Lastly, has there been any changes in the tie ring system from October?
