HS, Epcot or AK...HELP!!

Myself I would do a full day at MK, a full day at Epcot (way too much to see there in half a day), and then park hop: morning/early afternoon at AK, and then over to HS for the rest of the afternoon/evening. AK closes earlier than HS so you want to be there first, and if you close out at HS,you'll get to see Fantasmic. Do an ADR for a late lunch at one of the parks to give yourself a bit of a break.
