HS dining options during deluxe extended evening hours?

Does anyone know what dining options will be available during the 9pm-11pm extended evening hours at HS? We fly in that evening and are planning to head straight to the park. We fly in that evening and are planning to head straight to the park. Hoping to arrive at HS between 8:30 and 9pm and I know the kids will be hungry.

Most (if not all) major sit down dining locations will be closed. You may be able to get something at a couple quick service locations, and then snacks like popcorn or prepackaged snacks in the stores or something but that is about it.

You will likely encounter only a handful of snack carts in EEH. Don’t expect table service and larger quick service locations to remain open after normal park closing. If you want a full meal, eat before EEH or else you’ll only be eating Mickey shaped stuff for dinner!
