We're a family of 4 (DH, myself, DD6, and DS2), and this will be our fifth trip to the world in the last five years. We have made the most out of FP in the past, and I'm nervous this go around.
We are going March 22-30, and have military 4 day park hoppers. We will not be able to set our FP+ times until Saturday, March 22, once we purchase and activate our tickets.
Is the best strategy to do rope drop at HS, book a FP (if available) for Toy Story Mania around 11:30 or 12:00, and then rope drop TSM, do Playhouse Disney, Little Mermaid show, and visit characters, and then rest in the afternoon and go to AK around 4 and hope to not have bad standby times? (In the past, we would have just FP Toy Story Mania and then just pulled FPs for AK when we arrived.
Any help would be appreciated. I'm a planner, and this (FP+) is driving me nuts.
