HRH reservations and towncar

I have made my reservations for a pool veiw for nov 21- 26 and I have mailed the check in for the whole amount. Do I get any confirmation back or do I just show up anybody know how much ibex is from HRH to ASMo. I have called and left email no one returns my call or email
