I know the answers are here somewhere, but when I search the threads for my questions it pulled up info on other forums. So, I apologize since I know this has been covered before.

We are trying to plan out which day would be best for cabana day and which day/time would be best for seeing BMG. What time does HRH club put out their appetizers/beer/wine? Also, which night of the week does HRH do the pool movies during summer (late July)?

dive in movie changes sometimes.
last year when i went it was on a friday.
after i came back, friends went for it on a saturday.

you should call the front desk or concierge to find out what day of the week dive in movies will be held for the time period you will be there.

i have not seen the blue man group in orlando yet. only have seen the chicago one.

i would have to pull up the menu to see what days of the week would be best. when you say best night to see it, do you mean less crowds or lighter crowds so you can buy the best seats up front?

cabana day: i would get the cabana on the day you have nothing else planned but be at the pool and hanging out around the hotel.
week days are easier to snag the cabanas. if you stay on club floor, you can get a discount on the cabana. are you looking for a themed one or plain one? if you get the cabana on a day the dive in movies are held, you might have more people at the pool that night with little swimming during that time.


i have stayed at club level before and believe the hours are posted on the uo website for the food times.

i think the booze starts at 5 but not for sure.
it is available until the lounge closes around 10 at night.

Thanks, we stayed club before and I am trying to figure out a general game plan. We usually get a cabana the day we check in and make it a pool day. But I was trying to figure out if we should do BMG the same day or a different day. Also, if I could get a firm answer on the dive in movies, I thought it would a good day to get the cabana (instead of check-in day). I called HRH and they reported Friday and Sunday I think, but the website says Sunday is concert night. Also, I was debating on BMG 6 or 9 o'clock show, but was answered on a different thread that the later show is usually better since the crowd gets into it more. Plus we didn't want to miss beer/wine and appetizers that night (it is one of the selling points I use to convince my DH that club is for us ). I think I'll still plan on cabana day on check in day (we don't go for the themed ones, actually I like the plain ones better). But we are doing DC and Aquatica before going to HRH so I'm hoping we're not water-logged.
