So I called the HRH today to reserve Oct 24th to the 26th for the last 3 days of our 10 day stay in Orlando for HHN18. There is not a single room available for that weekend :sad2:

So I booked the RPR, which we really like, but after staying at the HRH last October, we were looking forward to it again. Also, the women said there aren't any APH or AAA rates available for those dates yet! Anyone staying on-site in October? Specifically my weekend? Is it odd that there aren't any discounts available yet ???:confused3

try travelocity.com

They have rooms avail 10/24 with a check out of 10/27 (3 nights). However, there are no rooms avail with a check in 10/24 and a check out of 10/26 (2 nights) When you said 3 days, I wasn't sure if you meant 2 nights or 3 nights.

BTW, there were AAA rates as well as the super savers rates for this time period at the beginning of the year but with HHN everyone books them up fast. There are only a certain number of discounted rooms avail. My HRH dates are 10/26-11/02 and I booked AAA discount back in January with no problems.

If you can not find your dates avail, be sure to keep checking back. With the economy going down hill like it has been, there is a possibility that several people who have rooms reserved will ultimately have to cancel. Unfortunately. :(

OT, the photo in your avatar...

that wasn't by any chance taken at the blue man group show last year on October 28th was it?? The guy looks familiar. Not the blue guy, the one with the brown hair is who I am talking about, lol.

Well, I called today for the heck of it, and got my HRH room for my weekend in October!!!:cool1: As of now, there are no APH or AAA rates available, but I'll keep checking, that is 6 months away. I have an obstructed view for $279 a night.
