HRH DJ, band, concerts

On the universal site it says that May through August HRH offers DJ's on Thur night, live bands on Sat, and concert nights sunday. It states that the concert nights are played on screens in the pool area. What about the DJ's and live bands? If they are in the hotel or in the pool area....are kids welcome? Just wondering if we should plan our universal portion of our stay at the end of the week or the beginning. Also, what night are dive in movie nights in the summer at HRH? Thanks in advance for any help!
