HRH CL and gold upgrade

I just recieved a Loews Gold card in the mail(don't understand it) and I was wondering if i already have a club room booked at HRH is there a suite available for the $35 upgrade?

Yes, I do believe that when you check-in if they have the Presidental Suite they will allow you to upgrade for the $35 - If not I don't believe that you can upgrade or anything.

They will not allow you to upgrade to the Graceland suite (Presidential) but you will be able to upgrade to a king suite on club level or a kid's suite on club level if available.

Are you 100% sure about that? I've read that people have been upgraded before. I mean, its whorth a try!..

The Graceland Suite cannot even be booked thru central reservations...one must contact Mark Shrouger directly to book it. Kids suite & king suite...yes...but I'm pretty certain the Graceland wouldn't be considered for a gold card upgrade.

I happen to know Mark and he has told me that they do not upgrade to the Graceland suite unless there are special circumstances.
