Hi there. What time is regular check out and how does one go about requesting a late check out? If you get a late check out, what time is that?

Check out is 11. I've got the Loew's First Platinum 2 p.m. check out when I had qualifying rates. But I normally call star services on the morning of check out request a late one and get 12 or 1. I was given 2 at Loew's South Beach and the Loew's First Coordinator called the room and said that 4 wouldn't be a problem.
