We have finally decided we would like to stay at HRH, we have a Loews Card. Are we best to book thru the Loews site, or Universal or should we be telephoning them direct. Would like the best deal.
Also if we want to make a request for an upgrade as we have the Card (it says upgrade at check in if availablity... but doesn`t hurt to ask) and if we want a specific room ie high floor (pool/park view if upgrade) do we just e`mail the hotel or ring them or contact Lowes? sorry seem to be so many different people you can contact.
Any room numbers for somewhere good (just basic room)
