Supporting Cast, My sister, her hubby,my nephew, my dad, his GF, two couples from our town.
The weather forecast wasnt the greatest, and it was raining so we scrubbed our plans for IOA and headed back to USF. We did repeated our favorite rides, got to ride Shrek in peace, no screaming kid next to me. Totally loved it. Lucked out with our timing too, every thing was a walk on, Shrek, ET, MIB about 5 times in a row, my highest score was 291,000. We were really watching the time, we needed to be back at the cabana by 3 pm for the AFC championship game.
We had our picture taken in one of those magazine covers, DD, 10 and DD friend 10, WWF, the picture is pretty funny!! Did the Nick Game lab, bummer no more Slime Time Live. Maybe they'll replace it with something else.
Saw the Ghostbuster vehicle and said, its show time, we went to the area and it the stage area was too wet, bummer another trip without seeing that show. Another reason to come back.
DD, 19, went and got a tattoo. She has a funny looking leprechaun on her ankle. I wasnt too thrilled, but its her ankle.
Back to cabana 10. My new home away from home. My sister and husband, and 2 couple from home came to watch the game with us.
We had the greatest afternoon, the game was terrific and we made the most of it. We cheered for every 1st down....We were very vocal. If any non-football lovers were around us that day, I apologize. We were known as the rowdy group from cabana 10.
I dont know if you are supposed to, but we brought a couple of coolers with beer and poured it into cups, the waitress didnt seem to mind. (Our bar bill was still over $300 that day
)
Bjakmom, you are probably lucky you werent next to us that day, but it was nice that you stopped by.
Side note: 2 years ago we were at the HRH the same weekend and watched the AFC championship game at Citywalk. The Pats won then too. Maybe I should book every Martin Luther King Weekend.....is there a pattern?
After the game was over and our friends left we headed over to Citywalk. We went to Margaritaville and ate. Again we were totally wiped. Me and the girls took a horse and buggy ride around Citywalk, it was fun. ($20) Back to the room and in bed by 11.
