When do you think HP2 will be the least busy? Is there an official opening date yet? I would like to go 1st week of June if it will be open. How bad do you think Labor Day weekend will be? Like arriving Thurs depart Sunday. Or how about a week in Sept or Oct or even early Nov?

We can go during the week and we will stay on property (PBH).

I really want to go, and I would like to go when the pools are still warm.

No official opening date now...probably not until its ready to open. That area will be slammed from opening until well into next year...any day will be a madhouse...weekends/holidays will be worse. I think WWoHP will be slammed as well since people will have to have the park to park tickets to ride the Hogwarts Express train.

Many RUMORS point towards an opening Mid-June. Once it does, it will be crowded and boost park crowds for months. We are going in November and are planning for larger than normal crowds even though it is a slow time, and even if the rest of the parks are not busy, the 2 Harry Potter areas are guaranteed to be.

My DD and I went in the summer about a month after WWoHP opened. We stayed 3 nights and took advantage of the early park entry, going every morning and back in the evening. It was crowded but still very enjoyable. We are used to going in the summer and I thought the pools were too warm at that time! I would expect Labor Day weekend to be very crowded. Fall dates should be less so, but still very busy.

Maybe I will just renew my AP without a trip this year. Maybe I will start planning a 2015 trip instead. Geez I don't know how I will be able to wait that long.

Well at least with a year to go I could set a long term goal. A one pound weight loss per week equals 52 pounds a year. So if I start now I could be 50 pounds lighter by my trip with no problem.

In case you are interested in the progress...these were taken today...
