They have 2 types of wands there, one set of wands that look like the ones the characters have in the movies. They have a Harry Potter one, a Ron one, a Bumbledore one, plus some of the teachers and villains. These come in a plain blue box with the characters name at the end.
They also have Olivander wands. These are generic type wands, but cool none the less. They have 2-3 ones for good guys and 2-3 ones for bad guys. These come in different, slightly larger boxes that look almost exactly like the boxes in the movies. They have Olivanders' on the lid and a color coded label on one end. This is the one that I got.
The two times I've been to WWOHP I saw quite a few kids, from the ages of probably 9-10 all the way up (I'm 35 and I had to have one). The kids were playing with the wands and they didn't seem that fragile, but I don't know how they will hold up when the get home and are used for "serious playing"
