HP Photosmart 8250

I am looking at a new printer...HP Photosmart 8250. I am wanting to print out iron-on transfers and maybe some photos. Currently, I upload photos and pick them up at Walmart. Does anyone have experience with this one? What is the best price you saw and where? Thank you!!

I'd love to hear reviews, too! I just purchased this printer for my MIL as her Xmas present.

OP - the best price I could find was $189 on circuitcity.com, plus I had a $15 off coupon. I purchased it online, and picked it up at my local store, but it seems like if I'd wanted it shipped, that would have been free.

There are a couple of other places running specials on it - I think either Office Max or Depot had it listed at $199 this week, plus you get a $20 gift card for a return trip. Maybe Best Buy, too? CompUSA had the same deal last week with a $40 gift card, but ultimately, we decided the Circuit City was the better deal short term - we don't shop much at CompUSA.

I did some PriceGrabber, etc., and about $183 was the cheapest I saw it, with taxes and shipping for my area. Good luck!

for only $199.99 plus you get a $30 staples easy rebate for a future purchase and if you buy a qualifying digital camera there is a $50 mail in rebate camera needs to be $129 or over though. It is on the Staples website. $30 Easy rebate offer ends on 11/5/05 submitted by 12/20/05. The $50 mail in rebate ends on 12/31 submitted by 2/14/06. Hope this helps!!

I went to Staples at lunch and purchased the HP8250. There is a mail in for a Staples $30 gift card. Purchase must be made between October 23 and November 5.
