Sorry for yet another question.

I'm trying to determine whether DH will be able to ride FJ. He has some neck issues that keep him off any intense roller coasters (Big Thunder is fine, he doesn't chance Everest or The Mummy.) He is fine with somewhat jerky rides like Dinosaur or Spiderman. Would FJ be comparable to those? I'm nervous about the description of going sideways at one point - do you feel a lot of force?

I have a feeling he's going to want to skip it regardless, because he doesn't like anything with an over the shoulder harness. If he does skip it, I'd like him to go through the queue with us and be able to see everything. I'm assuming he'd just be able to exit the line like they do for child swap once we reach the ride vehicle. Is that correct?

Thanks!

FJ is much smoother than Spiderman. You can definitely exit the ride if you decide not to ride after touring the castle.

I also will not let my daughter ride anything too intense due to medical issues. She enjoys Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Spiderman, and even Simpsons but we will not chance the more intense rides. That being said she did great with Forbidden Journey. As Damo said much smoother than Spiderman.

I would try it once by yourself and if you think he can handle it then you can go back through the single rider line in 10 minutes. You're the best judge! :thumbsup2

And, yes there is a "chicken" door. My hubby takes it every time! It leads you directly to the ride exit so he normally stands there and watches people stumble around getting off the ride. He says it is much more entertaining than the actual ride!

And PS - you can tell your hubby I am a roller coaster chicken and I love FJ. Mummy is even too much for me!

I also have some neck issues and rode FJ happily 8 times my last trip. The over the shoulderharness is a non issue for me. Now Dinosaur that ride is not great on my neck and even Mummy and EE is ok. Dinosaur is the one I Worry about so he should be fine.Have a great trip!:goodvibes
