HP Celebration

Hi,

We will be going 1/29-2/3. Just read about the HP event. We are not really HP fans, so I'm not concerned with the events, more so the crowds.

Can you please let me know what your experiences have been with crowds during that time? Are the crowds based more in the HP areas only or park wide?

No, offsite. No express passes either. We get there for opening each day and hit the favorites first, I.e. Despicable Me etc.

Our experience was that the crowds who were there for the weekend were in the experiences, not in the lines.

Many that book the potter gala package extend their stay

Either come in days prior or stay after the event is over
This way they can get in more park time
