Thinking of booking WL for our next trip, and if we do this, will likely try WC. Please post your opinions/recent experiences here.

TIA!

We really liked it. Our server had a great personality and messed with us some but not overbearing which was good because FIL is not into that stuff. The food was really good, but we are southerners and we love ribs, baked chicken and taters!!! It was DD's 6th b-day and they brought her out a cake and all the servers came over and pulled out spoons and cleaned her cake plate clean for her..That kinda made her upset but they brought another one out for her and a card signed by all the staff!! DD3 dropped her cup of milk so when the server brought another one out she had wrapped it in duct tape so the lid wouldn't come off..HAHAHA

I would say go and give it a try, but I am sure you will get mixed reviews on this one!!!

We ate there on Sept. 7th and loved it. Since we got back, I have read some bad reviews :confused3 . We had the Canyon skillet and thought it was great!

We don't really care for the food. I think more people go there for the atmosphere. It's worth a try just so you can form your own opinion... you need to take all reviews with a grain of salt.

We went there a few weeks back and we waited over 45 minutes for our reservation. But the food and waiter made up for that, I would go again.

we enjoyed wc the first time we went. i think the better the server, the better the food. we did not have a great server this past vacation and it made the experience not as good as the first visit. it will be awhile before we return.

We love WC for breakfast. We will be there in about three weeks for breakfast one morning. The all you can eat skillet is really good and a great value. Love the atmosphere as well. Bottomless shakes are great at breakfast, a real spoil yourself treat.

During our last visit DD10 ordered "worms in the dirt" for dessert. Wanting even more chocolate she noticed a small metal pitcher next to her dessert plate. Ever brilliant daddy;) thought it was chocolate sauce, and told her to pour it on her dessert. Unfortunately, inside the pitcher was extra BBQ sauce. We told our server what happened. Oh my! Every server in the restaurant was told about this. DD was quickly brought out a new dessert, while I was ridiculed. "Poor little girl! Crazy daddy, what was he thinking? He wasn't. Probably doesn't know how!":rotfl:

we have been twice - the first time was fun - the kids were younger and the atmosphere/ fun was more of the attraction than the food..the second time we went the waiter was a little flat and the the food was so-so..the ribs were dry, the corn was mushy and we were not too impressed
that said, if you get a good waiter and if you are not too worried about the food being great, you might enjoy it (and the hotel is a cool place to walk around)
ps- it is also loud expecially with all the children there---

have a great time no matter what you do!

we have eaten there several times. i highly recommend thier breakfast. the all you can eat breakfast skillet is a great value for a table service breakfast. we have only done lunch there twice...both times the food was good but at the same time nothing to write home about.

Fine, but I would not go back. We did not have a server with a lot of personality.

We went on our last trip, and we thought it was fun. I usually have to be in the mood for that sort of schtick, so I'm glad we got a server who was fun, but not intense. The food was good, I would go back. Also, the atmosphere is fun, as long as that is your thing.
