How's this for 'neat' at CRO??

I had to call this AM to change a Priority Seating arrangement (adding more people) for when I am at WDW in a few.

The CM answers, politely, introducing himself as 'Doug'. I introduce myself with, 'Hi, I'm Dan Murphy from Chicago, how's things at Disney World?' A pause..... He asks, 'Dan Murphy? From Chicago? Well there must be a lot with that name in Chicago, but, do you frequent a Disney Net site?' I reply, 'Yes, mostly one'. He asks, 'Which one?' I reply, 'The DIS'. He then says, 'Oh my goodness, you won't believe this. I go by Doug here on the phone, but actually, I'm Safari Steve on the DIS. I am working the phones here in Guest Services over in Epcot, with the increased volume of calls coming in for the upcoming holidays. This is neat!!'

How cool is that?!?!?!?!?

We chatted a bit. I asked Steve if he is still in GS over at City Hall at MK, and he said yes, just helping with the phones a bit today over at the call area in Epcot. He said my catching him like that, with the hundreds working the phones, sure was like the needle in the haystack. Steve said he has a big smile on his face for the day now, And I said so did I.

Just thought I would share a neat WDW happening. Hope to say hello to Steve in person in a few.
