Busses, always a headache imho. Nothing’s changed too much wait time wise. One morning to MK was long because the bus filled to new max capacity so we had to wait for second one to arrive. (Be mindful, you’ll have people who try to get on without waiting their turn at the resort bus stop since it’s not a line. They were called out for it and rightfully so.)
Boats, didn’t use. No idea about MK resort boats, sorry. But I do know that Friendship boats from Epcot to HS aren’t running. They are inside Epcot from future to WS, but that’s it.
Skyliner. The week we were there (8/3 - 8/8) it closed everyday for thunderstorms in the late afternoon. Had to Lyft to Riviera for Toplolino’s for dinner. But weather permitting, it was up and running smoothly.
Monorail. Didn’t use. But Epcot monorail not running. Only resort monorail open.
Magic Express. We had no issues with waiting, but I have heard otherwise. We arrived at MCO 9am and were in the room (yes, it was ready that early!) at 10:40.
