The title pretty much explains the question. We are going to be at CSR in a few weeks and I was just curious what the consensus was.

Thanks...

We were at Coronado Springs last June. We ate at the Pepper Market several times. Our children(9 & 12) liked the variety and the food. My husband and myself thought the food was okay and it was a bit expensive. There is a 10% gratuity added to everything when you eat there. If you want to avoid the extra cost you can get carry out and take it to your room or eat outside by the lake. Whether you like the Pepper Market or not the resort is beautiful. I'm sure you will enjoy it. :goodvibes

We liked it a lot. DS loved the pizza. They make it while you wait. It was really good. DD liked the freash fruit everyday too. I liked the fajitas.

We think the food at PM is very good! Chicken Fajitas, Chicken Quesidillas, made to order pizza, deli sandwiches, bbq beef all very good. We also eat quite often at the Dig Site snack bar. The Siesta's Nachos there are delicious. Love the Chicken Caesar Wrap with fries. The fries served there are great---big, steak fry type, perfectly made. Only item I didn't care for at Siesta's was the hamburger, and the fact that it usually closes by 6:00. Have a great trip!!!

DH & I went there last year & had the ribeye & it was very good. We have it on our list of places to return to.

Since my DH and I will be staying there for the 7th time in September, we obviously like it. We eat breakfast and or lunch there quite a bit during our stay. My husband and I are very fond of the deli sandwiches--which are very large (we could probably share them). I love the ceasar salad with chicken as well. And some of the desserts....oh, I'm on a diet...can't think about those. :sad1:

We ate at Pepper Market a few times on our last trip. Since we were staying at CSR, we had breakfast there 2x and dinner once. My husband loved the breakfast burrito. I was partial to the chicken fajita's and strawberry margarita I had for dinner. The whole concept of the place is pretty cool, and we loved the variety. Have a great trip! :woohoo:

I am on the DDP so all these good replies are nice to hear. 24 more days and I'll know for myself...

I think the food is very good. The variety is great. If you are on the meal plan you can not beat it as a 1 CS meal!

We drove from Pop to Coronado twice during our stay to eat there -- the food was that good. It's a bit on the expensive side if you aren't using the Dining Plan; however, it is also a place where you could easily share food. Just note that they usually charge a 10% gratuity because servers get your drinks and clear your plates. If you are on the DDP, the gratuity is not included and you can't charge it when you check out--plan to bring some cash.
