How's the Dolphin Refurb going?

We are headed for our first stay at the Dolphin mid-November and I've been trying to find out the progress they've made on the Dolphin's Refurb. The reviews on TripAdvisor and Expedia are all over the place. Has anyone stayed there lately? Do we have any idea of the percentage of rooms that have been completed as of this point? Any pics of the new standard rooms?
I loved the thread that followed closely the refurb of CBR. It was super helpful and gave us great information prior to our stay there.

Curious myself! Just realized it is a Starwood resort and that we can switch our stay to the Dolphin this January and the whole thing would be free. It's very tempting. We had two nights at the Swan 11 years ago and I did not love it, but free can make me love a lot of things.
