How's the crowd level this weekend?

We're thinking of popping into the park sometime this weekend, but the husband is not sure he wants to deal with the crowds.

For you folks in the parks now, how are they?

We're local AP holder's like yourself and decided to go last Sunday before the Thanksgiving crowds hit. Wowee, what a mistake that was!! :scared1: It was SO packed! Wall-to-wall people and nothing with less than a 30-45 minute wait! (With even longer waits for the more popular rides). The line for the Alice in Wonderland ride went all the way back around to the Cheshire Cat on the side of the facade! I found out this week that a lot of schools now give the entire week off for Thanksgiving (lucky little ducks!) as opposed to just Thursday & Friday, like it was when we were school (10+ years ago...). So if it was that crowded then, I can't even imagine what it must be like today. :scared:

I know that's not exactly what you were looking for.....sorry :flower3:

We're going back next weekend for another try.

How funny, Chrysty -We were there last Sunday, also!

Got in about 4pm and stayed for the 6:30pm parade. Left right before fireworks. Our only goal was the Parade, Reindeer Roundup, and Small World.

We were toying with the idea of seeing the Castle Walk-through, before it shuts down again, Monday.

Instead, we may just go to the Zoo for a couple hours today. Send a note to LA City Council to save the elephants there!!!!

We almost went today, as we were in the area visiting family. It was VERY tough driving by on our way home, but after reading the web we figured it would be too busy and we needed to plan for the future.

Someone who is there today, please tell me we made the right choice!

hi live from DLR... This morning we were here7-10 am and of course it was great then. Went to lunch at goofy's, swim and rest. Just got back in at 4:30 and it's a mad house. Luckily we are only using up a few fastpasses then heading to bed!!

Gotta get on autopia now!!
