How's Sailing in January?

My procrastination might pay off--I've been hesitant to book and just got an e-mail on Fla Residents Rates for January.

This would save us $500-$700 than going later in the year. My younger daughter will only be 2...so I'm wondering.

To save this much money, should I talk hubby into going earlier? How's cruising at this time of year?

Advice when my choices were May or October was to wait until October to sail when younger daughter will be nearly 3 (But sailing before her b-day) and might be able to join the clubs (provided she is potty trained of course).....

This is about $500 savings over going in October, about $700 for May (for a 4 night cruise).

Any thoughts?

where did you see the Jan. FL res. rates? Can you pass on the info to me. THanks :)

Can you let us all know? I'm thinking of booking in Jan. also if they give out FL res. rates.

The rates were for 3 and 4 night cruises starting at $379 for the 3 and $429 for the 4.

The website is backed up when I tried earlier, but you can call your travel agent.

There is a code, but per DISBoard guidelines, I'm not sure I can post it.

Dates were for 1/6/05 to 2/10/05 for the 3 night and 1/9/05-2/6/05 for the 4 night.

I am traveling with a 4 year old and 2 year old and my ocean view quote through another travel agent for us and their dad was $1310.
