Highlight of our trip --
We were selected for a Magical Moment at the FW boat dock! We were going to take the boat over to MK and hitch a ride on the Monorail to EPCOT. As we just got in line, the very nice CM approached us and asked if we wanted to get there faster and of course we said yes! Just DH, DS, and I were escorted on the Water Patrol boat to the MK. It was our lucky day. When we got to MK, another CM let us "pilot" the monorail
Weather was wonderful, of course hot and humid until Thursday. We actually had to turn on our heater Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night. It was really chilly.
FW Segway Tour was fantastic! (Although, I fell on my pride when getting off the thing)
Received a note from management that torches were not allowed
....I told you all those solar flickering lamps looked real! I called them and they laughed about it and said "yes, the fake ones are allowed as long as they don't have a real flame." The CM came by and looked at it. She loved them, she said she's getting her some of them too.
More to tell, but it will have to wait until this weekend.
With the many ways that "big brother" watches what we do, it's not worth losing my job over it.
With my job, it's no big deal as long as we're getting our projects completed and we're not doing anything illegal nor looking at porn (although that naked otter on the other post could be questionable
) As long as we do our work and projects get completed and we're not doing anything illegal, we can post, IM, or play on our "addiction breaks" whether it be smoking, coffee, or the DIS
And I think a lot of companies do that too. If they have a productive person, you want to keep them happy
