How yucky will my DD feel after/during her growth hormone stimulation test??

Destiny is having a arginine/clonodine growth hormone stimulation test on Friday. It sounds like she won't feel good after the test, based on what the nurse said. How bad is she going to feel? I'm starting to get nervous about it!!
