I will be traveling with a 6 month old. Does Flounders reef take the children this young? What do they do with them? Do they change diapers and/or give bottles?
****Are there any night clubs that will allow you to go in with babies of this age??

from what i understand even IF they did let you bring a infant in the nightclubs they allow smoking in there so you might want to think twice about doing that even if they allow it...

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but according to the guidelines, they would take a 6mo provided he/she is not sick. They do change diapers, but I don't know about bottles.

The nightclubs are all strictly for those age 18 and older after a certain time each night, usually around 9:00 pm. They would not allow an infant in.

Flounder's Reef is available for infants that are young enough to sail (starting at 12 weeks) all the way up to 3-year-olds. They will feed babies as long as you bring pre-made bottles.

Enjoy your cruise! :)

OOH Aprilgail2 I didn't even think about smoking Good thing you pointed that out.
Michelle I know about the over 18 rule I have been on 2 cruises already I guess what my question should have been is What can we do if we don't put the baby in Flounders.I would hate to leave the baby every night I was wondering if any of the activities at night were NOT adult only.

Dis4me,

There are family activities each night that you can take an infant to if you'd like. There is the Studio Sea "nightclub" which generally has family activities (karaoke for example) and there are the shows on board also.

We took our 13 month old to the nursery each night after dinner while on the cruise. She went right to sleep almost every night and didn't even know we were gone :) I was hesitant at first since we aren't apart very often but it worked out well and we enjoyed a little rare time alone.

Happy Cruising,
Rhonda

Thanks Rhonda that is what I was asking for. I have cruised before however my girls went to the oceaneers club everynight so we were at the adult only clubs. Inever even looked into family entertainment because the girls didn't want to miss a minute of the club activities.
