We just did a vacation last month from Vegas to Fla. It was wonderful. We love Vegas.
Boy are you guys going to be jetlagged....
We go to WDW in Sept all the time, we have gone during free dining and no free dining....there is no difference in crowd levels. Actually there are no crowds. I have never seen the fast pass feature used during September. You will really be able to relax and take your time. Don't worry about rushing to RnR and fast pass ToT....we have walked on both (rode them many times in a row too) during Sept, the fast pass machine will most likely be covered.
