How would you positively deal with a negative family member?

It is sad to say , but even with relatives we may have to walk away and not deal with them. You can't make him do something he does not want to do. If he chooses not to do anything with him at WDW you have to let it go. If it were me, I would not be letting him know where I was going on my vacations. I know it is painful and you want DN to have fun, but sometimes some things are not possible.
