How would you feel about this?

We don't have Bunco groups in our area, so I'm not sure how you designate a "full-time" player as opposed to a "fill-in" l(like you were at first). Are there different lists? Could the person in charge of the list(s) not have realized you had been "promoted" to full-time player when Susie left?

I'd like to think the whole thing was a misunderstanding or mix-up in communication two years ago.

Do what feels right to you. Sorry you are hurt.

Ummm...what's Bunco?

It's a dice game that's played on several tables in the same room or throughout the house. It gets quite noisy and violent. If you've ever wondered which of your friends would kill someone with their bare hands, Bunco will make it clear.

Sounds to me from your latest post, that they may have done this to others as well, and everyone has had enough. Maybe you should contact the others that aren't replying and start your own group. :lmao:

Now this sounds like my kind of game!

...slinks off to look up how to play...

:thumbsup2 :lmao:And usuallly that will the sweetest, quietest one in the group!

And it's really mindless and requires no skill, so the wine flows...

And thus it's other name--DRUNKO :rolleyes1

Those 2 descriptions pretty much sum up what Bunco is! It's an excuse to drink, eat, drink, talk, drink, and laugh, and every once in a while you throw some dice!

I wonder if, when Suzie left, her roster had your name on it but someone else's did not. So all this time you haven't been included on the invites, but then Suzie comes back and is all "Hey! Why isn't lovetoscrap on this list? She was about to change her name to lovetobunco!" Anyway, so then you ended up back on the list. Why that person said that you could play now that Suze is back doesn't make sense. Maybe she meant "now that she is back and has shown us the correct roster."

BUNCO!

Nah. Someone else was "in charge" of the group, and everyone had the player list But it is possible that Susie went to one in Sept. or Oct. and said "Hey, what happened to LTS?" I need to get a chance to talk to her.

As those that play know, Bunco groups are generally just a group of about 8-12 friends/neighbors that get together. Sometimes there is a schedule of who's house it will be at ahead of time or sometimes it is a "who wants us next month". It isn't like an athletic group with scheduled practices and a set team roster, and a set schedule of games. Usually there is an understanding that we will play on a certain day/week but it is usually flexible to accomodate schedules.
