How would you describe the mattresses at ASMo?

They are basically rectangular.:D
Sorry, I couldn't resist. I don't really remember what the beds were like, but my back didn't hurt from sleeping on them. So, I guess they were OK.

I never stayed at ASMO but i did stay at *** and the mattresses were very comfy and had some bounce to them(i really wish i was little enough to do that). Basically they are more firn than soft tho

Hello Belle5-
We've stayed there a few times, and I have to admit that the beds are more comfortable then mine at home. As for comfort, (soft or firm) I really couldn't say except we would wake up in the morning and say what a good nights sleep we had. Keep in mind though that after walking all over disney for 10+ hours, I could have slept in the bathtub and enjoyed the much needed rest.

On a scale from 1-10 with 1 being a feather bed and 10 being a wooden plank, I ouwld say they are an 8. The top couple of inches are soft, but the mattress itself has firm support.

Hubby and I both have significant back problems, but we expereinced NO problems with the bedding at WDW.

I am glad to hear this. I have a pillow top at home and rarely can sleep in a hotel. I have been thinking of what i could bring that would make the bed more comfy for me.
